Acalabrutinib is used for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma, which are slow-growing blood cancers involving white blood cells.

It is also used for adults with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded after at least one earlier treatment.

Usual adult dose range: 100mg twice daily or 200mg once daily, with the schedule chosen by the specialist and adjusted for side effects or interacting medicines.
