Adagrasib is used for adults with non-small cell lung cancer that has a KRAS G12C mutation, has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and has already been treated with another systemic cancer treatment.

It is also used with cetuximab for some adults with colorectal cancer that has a KRAS G12C mutation after earlier standard treatments have stopped working.

Usual adult dose range: 400mg to 600mg twice daily; the usual starting dose for approved cancer uses is 600mg twice daily, with lower doses used if needed for side effects.
