Cabozantinib 80mg

SKU:52020

Cabozantinib is used for advanced renal cell carcinoma, either on its own after earlier treatment or with nivolumab as a first treatment.

It is used for hepatocellular carcinoma when sorafenib has already been tried.

It is also used for thyroid cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery when the cancer type and previous treatments make cabozantinib appropriate.

Usual adult dose range: 20mg to 140mg once daily, depending on the cancer type, whether tablets or capsules are used, and whether cabozantinib is combined with another cancer medicine.

Indications vary by country and change over time; this website contains information for general patient information and should be checked against local prescribing information before clinical use.
