Crizotinib is used for ALK-positive or ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer that has spread.

It is also used for ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma and for ALK-positive inflammatory myofibroblastic tumours when these cancers have come back, cannot be removed by surgery, or have spread.

Usual adult dose range: 250mg once daily to 250mg twice daily; the usual starting dose is 250mg twice daily, with lower doses used if side effects occur.
