Dasatinib is used for Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukaemia, including newly diagnosed chronic-phase disease and disease that has not responded to earlier treatment.

It is also used for Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, usually when earlier treatment has not worked or as part of combination treatment.

Usual adult dose range: 50mg to 140mg once daily; many chronic-phase CML regimens use 100mg once daily, while more advanced disease may use 140mg once daily.
