Entrectinib is used for ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer that has spread.

It is also used for solid tumours with an NTRK gene fusion when the tumour has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and there is no good alternative treatment.

Usual adult dose range: 200mg to 600mg once daily; the usual adult starting dose is 600mg once daily, with lower or body-size-based doses used when needed.
