Erdafitinib is used for locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer, a cancer of the bladder or urinary tract, when the cancer has a susceptible FGFR3 gene change and has worsened after earlier systemic treatment.

Usual adult dose range: 4mg to 9mg once daily; the usual starting dose is 8mg once daily, with possible increase to 9mg or reduction if needed.
