Filgotinib is used in some countries for moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis when other disease-modifying treatments have not worked well enough or are not suitable.

It is also used in some countries for moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis when other treatments have not worked well enough or are not suitable.

Usual adult dose range: 100mg to 200mg once daily, depending on the condition, age, kidney function, and infection risk.
