Lenvatinib is used for differentiated thyroid cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and no longer responds well to radioactive iodine.

It is used for advanced renal cell carcinoma, either with pembrolizumab as a first treatment or with everolimus after earlier treatment.

It is also used for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma and, with pembrolizumab, for certain advanced endometrial cancers after earlier treatment.

Usual adult dose range: 8mg to 24mg once daily, depending on cancer type, body weight, combination treatment, and side effects.
