Mobocertinib 40mg

SKU:52109

Mobocertinib was previously used for adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation after platinum-based chemotherapy, but the US approval was withdrawn in 2024, so current use depends on local approval.

Usual adult dose where still used under specialist direction: 160mg once daily, with lower doses such as 120mg, 80mg, or 40mg once daily used if side effects occur; local approval status should be checked.

Indications vary by country and change over time; this website contains information for general patient information and should be checked against local prescribing information before clinical use.

Verification Approach: Each indication and usual dose-range sentence was drafted from at least two recognised medicines information sources, usually FDA/DailyMed or an FDA label plus EMA/eMC, MedlinePlus, Mayo Clinic, Cancer Research UK, NCI/ Cancer.gov, or another reputable medicines-information source. Doses are general adult/patient-information ranges and must not be used to prescribe or change treatment.
