Enzalutamide is used for prostate cancer that has spread and keeps growing even when testosterone is kept very low.

It is also used for prostate cancer that has not spread on scans but is no longer controlled by low testosterone.

It can be used for prostate cancer that has spread but is still sensitive to testosterone-lowering treatment, and in some high-risk cases where the cancer has not yet spread on conventional scans.

Usual adult dose: 160mg once daily.
