Pemigatinib is used for adults with previously treated cholangiocarcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread and has an FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement.

It is also used for myeloid or lymphoid cancers with an FGFR1 rearrangement when the disease has come back or cannot be controlled with standard treatment.

Usual adult dose range: 4.5mg to 13.5mg once daily for 14 days followed by 7 days off; the usual starting dose is 13.5mg once daily on that schedule.
