Pomalidomide is used with other medicines for multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded after earlier treatments, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor.

It is also used for Kaposi sarcoma when HIV treatment has not worked well enough, or in people with Kaposi sarcoma who do not have HIV.

Usual adult dose range: 1mg to 5mg once daily on treatment days, with many multiple myeloma regimens using 4mg once daily on days 1 to 21 of each 28-day cycle.
