Regorafenib is used for metastatic colorectal cancer after standard treatments have already been tried.

It is used for gastrointestinal stromal tumour that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery after imatinib and sunitinib have stopped working.

It is also used for hepatocellular carcinoma after sorafenib treatment.

Usual adult dose range: 80mg to 160mg once daily on days 1 to 21 of each 28-day cycle; the usual target dose is 160mg once daily.
