Repotrectinib is used for adults with ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer that is locally advanced or has spread.

It is also used for adults and children aged 12 years and older with solid tumours that have an NTRK gene fusion when the tumour has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and there is no good alternative treatment.

Usual adult dose range: 80mg once daily to 160mg twice daily; treatment commonly starts at 160mg once daily for 14 days and then increases to 160mg twice daily if tolerated.
