Selpercatinib is used for RET fusion-positive non-small cell lung cancer that has spread.

It is used for advanced or metastatic RET-mutant medullary thyroid cancer and for RET fusion-positive thyroid cancer when systemic treatment is needed.

It is also used for some adults with advanced solid tumours that have a RET gene fusion when there is no good alternative treatment.

Usual adult and adolescent dose range: 120mg to 160mg twice daily based on body weight, with lower doses used if side effects or liver problems occur.
