Tazemetostat 200mg

SKU:52200

Tazemetostat has been used for epithelioid sarcoma that is locally advanced or metastatic and cannot be completely removed by surgery.

It has also been used for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma in selected adults, but its US accelerated indications were voluntarily withdrawn in 2026, so current local approval should be checked.

Usual adult dose: 800mg twice daily, with adjustments if side effects or interacting medicines require a change.

Indications vary by country and change over time; this website contains information for general patient information and should be checked against local prescribing information before clinical use.

Verification Approach: Each indication and usual dose-range sentence was drafted from at least two recognised medicines information sources, usually FDA/DailyMed or an FDA label plus EMA/eMC, MedlinePlus, Mayo Clinic, Cancer Research UK, NCI/ Cancer.gov, or another reputable medicines-information source. Doses are general adult/patient-information ranges and must not be used to prescribe or change treatment.
